The holiday season is near us and we wanted to communicate when our worldwide offices will be available as well as inform you about the lead time for repairs and order processing.
Head Office: UKService / Repairs:
Units received for evaluation or repair before Thursday 3rd December (subject to customer approval) should be ready for dispatch before 23rd December. For units that are received after this date, we will do our best but cannot guarantee that they will be dispatched before 23rd December.
Sales Orders Processing:
All orders received before Monday 14th December should arrive with you before 24th December, subject to stock availability and shipping times to your area. We will continue to dispatch orders up to and including the 23rd December but cannot guarantee arrival dates.
Wednesday 23rd December at 5pm GMT and reopen on Monday 4th January 2021.
